SouthSide Runners Camp is an 8-week outdoor running program that offers world-class running instruction & motivational tools - packed with fun and energizing activities designed to help you reach your fitness and running goals fast. No matter your age, size or fitness level, you can achieve great results. Whether you are a beginner runner, or an avid runner looking for a running group, this is perfect for you.
 


Running is among the best aerobic exercises for physical conditioning of your heart and lungs. Studies have shown the health benefits to be enormous.
