Beginner Camp


If you haven’t been running much, and need a gradual start, then the Beginner Program is the perfect introduction to running for you.
 

• 2 days a week (Tues-Thurs)

• Time: TBD

• All ages welcome

• Focused on stretching and injury prevention

• Increase your speed and endurance

• Learn how to breathe

• Learn how to run well

• Have fun
 


$30.00 for 4 weeks


Prerequisite: Must be slow and injury free.
