“YES YOU CAN! YOU can increase the distance and speed in your runs, recreational or competitive. Trust me I see it all the time. I have been privileged to see many men and women of all shapes, sizes and ages reach and surpass their fitness goals! Southside Runners offer a stimulating, supportive and social environment. Our program follows a planned approach to increasing your running speed and/or distance while minimizing the risk of injury. We continually educate, teach and coach our members, while having fun and participating in local Races and Events as well as all over the country and soon the world. We look forward to having you join us!”
Suggestions for what to bring to camp:
water
layered clothing
running shoes (no cross-training shoes)
release form (required on the first day of camp)
